I’ve worked with Kelsey in multiple sessions now and each time I walk away feeling lighter, I have more clarity and am able to process my emotions in the moment. Being quite new to energy healing, I have been taking my time to open up my mind and be fully conscious of how I feel after each session. Kelsey holds such a safe, personable and casual space that made me instantly comfortable and relaxed. We talked about a couple things that I was internally experiencing & there was an obvious emotion/pattern that we focused the emotion code around. I went into my session with Kelsey not only as a non-believer in energy healing but also not fully knowing what sort of help I needed. At the beginning of the session I explained how I was feeling, and as we went through the emotion code it got me thinking about my past and allowed me to rehash feelings I would normally push away. Although initially I felt heavier with all of the thoughts running through my head, after a few days I felt lighter and felt that I had more clarity in my day to day connections and experiences.
